Beltrona respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on or through our website infringes one or more of your copyrights, please immediately notify our designated copyright agent by providing a written communication that includes substantially the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and if available, an email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

Please note that under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that your content that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to law, to post and use the content, you may send a written counter-notice containing the following information to our designated copyright agent:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the location where you reside or where Beltrona is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement

If a counter-notice is received by our designated copyright agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that we may replace the removed content or cease disabling it. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, in our sole discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Beltrona has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to our services and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Content Submitted by Users

Beltrona does not actively monitor user-submitted content for copyright infringement. However, we respect copyright law and expect our users to do the same. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance of copyrighted works is an infringement of the copyright holders' rights.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our services, please notify us as set forth above.

Processing of Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the material that is alleged to be infringing
• Notify the content provider, member, or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material
• Terminate in appropriate circumstances users who are repeat infringers

We reserve the right to request additional information before processing any DMCA notice or counter-notice. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the request and the completeness of the information provided.

False Claims

The DMCA provides that any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
